How It Works

Remove the lid and insert the Bug Bumper™ handle through the pre-drilled lid opening, with the paddle positioned inside the jug. Seat the handle into the spool to anchor it. When chickens peck or bump the Bug Bumper™, small amounts of larvae fall out — creating a rewarding, interactive foraging experience your flock will quickly understand.

Adjustable Treat Flow

The Bug Bumper™ provides simple mechanical control over treat release:

• Longer handle = more treats per bump

• Shorter handle = fewer treats per bump

These basic adjustments let you tune the feeder to your flock’s behavior and encourage natural foraging movement.
